My Favorite Club Recruiter Agreement

Before you fill out the information below, you must read, understand and agree to abide by the following rules:

In order to gain momentum to recruit members, My Favorite Club is looking for people who are interested in recruiting and/or sponsoring members for My Favorite Club. The job of Recruiter has a limited time frame. My Favorite Club will announce the end of its current recruitment program, and may offer Recruiters a new contract under different terms at that time. Under the current recruitment program, it is the job of the Recruiter to get people to join My Favorite Club and pay the membership fees.  A Recruiter is allowed to either get prospective members to pay their own membership fees, or to recruit them by paying said fees for them.

            The Recruiter may never charge a member more than My Favorite Club officially published membership fees. Every member that a Recruiter brings in, either by getting the member to pay the membership fees or by paying it himself/herself, shall be considered that Recruiter’s member, and the Recruiter shall derive all the compensation listed below for that member.

 The Recruiter is solely responsible for his/her own costs associated with recruiting members.  The Recruiter agrees to use only pre-approved promotional materials that My Favorite Club will make available. (Reproduction is allowed).  The Recruiter agrees to keep it ethical and not to incorrectly represent any of the benefits My Favorite Club provides its membership. Recruiters agree that in promoting My Favorite Club virtual mall, they will not embellish the benefits or performance of any of the products or services offered.  Because of the nature of the potential free electricity benefit, the Recruiter is not permitted to represent that a working model of a free electricity machine has ever been demonstrated, and must make it clear to the member that demonstrations are not planned until 1,600,000 witnesses have been recruited in North America.

The Recruiter’s Compensation:

a)       The Recruiter will receive no cash commission for each basic membership that they are responsible for getting but will receive $10 commission for all Deluxe memberships, to be paid within seven days of receipt of the $40 membership fee.

b)       As further compensation, My Favorite Club has agreed to give the Recruiter annually, the income from the sale of 20,000 kilowatt hours of electricity, for each and every member he/she has recruited or sponsored, “if and when” the free electricity program gets off the ground and the recruited member qualifies for a unit on his or her behalf by being available as a witness. The amount of money the Recruiter will GET for the electricity sales shall be based upon the price that ITEC is able to get from the purchaser of the electricity from the free electricity unit, produced on the member’s behalf.  ITEC plans to sell electricity at 5 cents per kilowatt-hour, making your compensation $1,000 per registrant. This income shall be paid as My Favorite Club collects this income from ITEC and shall continue for as long as My Favorite Club is able to make money from the free electricity technology.   ALL RECRUITERS MUST OBEY THE MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR SIGNING UP WITNESSES FOR FREE ELECTRICITY.

c)       Recruiters shall be invited to customer service and or sell the products and benefits offered by My Favorite Club to it’s members for a commission, as outlined in the OFFICIAL commission sheet.

d)       My Favorite Club acknowledges that all sales made through the Problem-Solvers, International program to their members shall also cause a commission to be paid to the recruiter(s) as long as the Problem-Solvers, International can verify that said recruiter(s) were instrumental in causing the particular member of PSI who made a purchase to be involved.  My Favorite Club shall pay no commission for the people who join the PSI program as My Favorite Club does not receive any portion of their membership into Problem-Solvers.  There shall be no time restriction on this commission on purchases made due to the efforts of the recruiter or his, her or their assigns.  All purchases made by said persons who were found by the efforts of the Stewards funded by recruiter(s)  shall forever cause a commission to be paid to said recruiter(s).  In the event that a member fails to renew membership and thus to remain in a position to make purchases through My Favorite Club, then the recruiter shall lose the right to further commissions involving that member with the exception of the annual commission from the assignment of free electricity to a party who attends a successful demonstration.

We encourage Recruiters to follow-up with their members to make sure they attend a demonstration of the free electricity working models when that is possible, and to ensure that the member will receive their free electricity allocation, the members will be allotted their usage up to 20,000 kWh of electricity free every year, but only if he or she attends the free electricity demonstrations.  The Recruiter will receive his/her related compensation for each member who attends.

My Favorite Club will administrate the Program nationally and represents that it will find a Supplier to fulfill the benefits provided for all members that Recruiters find. My Favorite Club does hereby assure the Recruiter that it has an agreement with all Suppliers, wherein they agree with the terms and conditions listed and promise to perform their obligations as outlined herein. My Favorite Club assures the Recruiter that all Suppliers have contractually agreed to the following:

1. to handle product sales and delivery to member shoppers assigned to them by My Favorite Club.

2. to supply each of those members with  membership materials that includes: a price list for products, and a Registration Certificate for usage up to 20,000 kWh of free electricity per year.

3. to pay the Recruiter’s compensation as listed herein.

4. to provide the members discounted prices on their My Favorite Club purchases.

A Recruiter may also sponsor members into My Favorite Club Program by paying the fees for that member to join. The recruiter can Sponsor people he or she knows or people My Favorite Club locates. My Favorite Club will provide the members to be sponsored from its own recruitment activity through participating organizations, and sales associates. My Favorite Club does not guarantee that the members will come from any particular geographical area or organization. They may be supplied from any of My Favorite Club recruitment efforts, but the Sponsor will be the only official recruiter.  

THIS AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES is hereby binding upon the parties. The above terms and conditions are acceptable to both parties as indicated by signing.  

WITNESSES FOR FREE ELECTRICITY MANDATORY AGREEMENT 

Before you fill out the information below, you must read, understand and agree to abide by the following rules. This relates to all disclosures having to do with the special free gift of a registration of witness free electricity demonstrations in exchange for free electricity:

1. We have never claimed to have a working model of a free electricity generator! NO recruiter is permitted to claim that we have one or have ever said that we have one. We HOPE to have one and we BELIEVE we will have one when it is time to do the demonstrations, and that is the ONLY representation that is acceptable. ANY statements to the contrary are unauthorized. You can use 'if and when' it is possible; we believe we will have it; it is our goal to put the components together as a generator on that day; BUT you cannot say, 'It is here', or 'We have it!' You cannot say that if you sign up for free electricity you WILL receive it. That implies we have a free electricity machine right now. Stay away from words like 'is' or we 'will' or we 'can'. Never say we have already done it; it works or You CAN have one. The truth is that it has not happened even in secret, but we have every reason, to believe that the final assembly will work. Point out the evidence of what we have already demonstrated nationwide. So, say: You MIGHT get one. It MAY happen! We BELIEVE it will! Watch your words. 
2. NO recruiter is allowed to SELL a witness certificate registration to anyone at any time or at any price.  Members will be GIVEN a registration absolutely FREE as members!
3. Recruiters cannot PROMISE that free electricity will ever happen. You can promise that 'if and when' it does happen, invited witnesses will get their allotment of free energy. While we are convinced that our biggest obstacle to making this promise is the rich self interests that we will have to overcome in big business and in the media, we do not want to give the public the idea that we already have a working model.
4. Any and all multi-level marketing plans or any other program a recruiter wants to initiate must be submitted for approval, and approved in writing by My Favorite Club prior to their inception (without exception).
5. Web Sites are a form of open advertising. We cannot police them all or approve of them prior to their construction or updating. The recruiter will he solely responsible to make sure of the accuracy of all statements contained in them. especially related to the controversial free electricity offer. Do not represent yourself as if you were an office of UCSA, ITEC, BWT or My Favorite Club. Do not indicate that we said anything during a private talk with out permission. Be prepared to show on tape or in writing word for word any statements you claim we made - we can be easily misquoted.
6. If it comes to our attention that a recruiter is in flagrant violation of these rules and restrictions and are obviously using the wrong phrases, we will try to warn them. The recruiter is solely responsible for non-approved advertising. We have tried herein to warn you of the danger of saying the wrong thing. If we do get a chance to warn you of a violation and you ignore our warning that will be a violation of our recruiter agreement. If you do not heed our warning, your rights and benefits as a recruiter may be forfeited. We may even report your activity to the State Attorney General ourselves. We will not tolerate deliberate abuses of these rules and regulations! All recruiters who represent the Free Electricity Witness Program must agree to these rules and restrictions and are expected to conduct themselves in a proper fashion.
7. A recruiter may not charge any fee beyond those charged by My Favorite Club for membership to those they refer to the free electricity witness program.
8. My Favorite Club can modify these rules at any time and the changes will be posted on this web page. All recruiters agree to comply with the changes as well as the rules originally enumerated.
9. The only date a recruiter is authorized to give anyone as to when the technology may be released is within a short time (probably 60 to 90 days) of our getting the 1.6 million witnesses, and not one minute before that time.
10. There are certain states that recruiters are not allowed to directly assign certificates in. The current list of such states will be posted on the website. Kentucky residents are not allowed to be members or be invited as witnesses.
11. All recruiters will receive commissions for all sales made to their recruited members according to the published commissions sheet.  Said commissions are to be paid within a reasonable time of our collecting payment from the member or from ITEC in the case of the re-sell of allotted electricity.

We will not be responsible for any repercussions that may occur if you do not follow these rules.
